    ASPIREINSCI . will use your personal information for the sole purpose for providing the best service in both organizing and execution of the event, also in facilitating the participants networking.

    Information you provide – (Name, E-mail, photography, biography, affiliations, personnel phone number, personnel fax numbers, official phone numbers, official fax numbers, postal address)

    To your knowledge we gather some technical information for safety and secure purpose when you use our services, (IP address, browser type) Information from third parties in relation to our service. (Google Analytics, Cookies,)

    From Speakers (Academic/Business/Researcher/Student): Name, E mail, contact numbers, Photography, biography will be used for conference related communications and Abstract/ full paper (online submissions and offline submissions) will be uploaded in conference website, conference book, conference program and other conference related material after review process. (You (speaker) hold every right to withdraw submitted abstract/full paper at any point of time).

    From Delegates (Academic/ Business/ Researcher/ Student): Name, E mail, contact numbers will be used for conference related communications and information about upcoming ASPIREINSCI conferences.

    From Sponsors & Exhibitors (company representatives + company) Name, E mail, contact numbers, photography, and biography will be used for conference related communications and exhibiting/sponsoring company information will be collected.

    ASPIREINSCI. Don’t have any relationship with any embassy, and we don’t provide any recommendations for visa approvals (except conference invitation letters).

    Refunds will be processed as per the organization refund policy only.

    If the collected Personal Information is no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Research Lake International Inc. will delete personal information from website.

    You have right to withdraw given Personal Information from our websites by writing to info@aspireinsci.com. (requested information will be removed from website within 48 hours)

    ASPIREINSCI reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and at ASPIREINSCI conferences sole discretion. All changes hereto will be made available on our website: http://www.aspireinsci.com We will inform of the changes in the applications or by email, if available, in case of any significant changes effecting your rights.

  • The organization reserves the right to make alterations to the program, date, and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
  • The organization is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade, or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.
  • The organization reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel any conference at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. The organizer will have no further liability to the client.
  • Registrations remain valid for events with new dates or for future editions if the conference has to be postponed by causes beyond the organizer’s control. A refund policy is not applicable in this condition.
  • In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event. Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event. We advised keeping checking the website for updates on our conference.
  • The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference. .
